Request Your Official Transcript from Parchment
AIMS Education has partnered with Parchment to provide secure online transcript ordering and delivery services. Current students and alumni can conveniently order official transcripts online 24/7.
Ordering Transcripts
To request an official transcript, click the link below to access the Parchment ordering system. You will need to create a Parchment account (if you do not already have one) to place your order.
Order Official Transcript through Parchment
Unofficial AIMS transcripts can be requested from the Office of the Registrar at no charge.
Eligibility
Transcript requests will only be processed for semesters in which the student has:
- Satisfied all financial obligations to the institution.
- Completed all required course and/or program requirements (e.g., exams, clinical hours, makeup hours, etc.).
If a financial or administrative hold exists on a student’s account, transcripts for the affected semester(s) will not be released until the hold is cleared.
Transcript Fees
- Electronic Transcript (PDF): $12 per copy
- Paper Transcript (Mailed): $12 per copy
- Additional delivery fees may apply for expedited or international shipping.
All fees are paid directly to Parchment at the time of ordering.
Processing Time
- Electronic transcripts are typically delivered within minutes once the order is complete and the request is approved.
- Paper transcripts are processed and mailed within 2–3 business days. Please allow additional time for postal delivery.

Please note: Transcript requests and support are managed directly through Parchment. AIMS Education cannot provide order status updates once a request has been submitted.
