Technical Support for Students
To better assist and support our students, AIMS Education has a Student Help Desk for all technical issues. Please call 908-222-0002, Ext. 550 or email email@example.com if you are having technical issues. If the help desk is unable to assist you, your question will be forwarded to the appropriate department.
IT Support hours:
Monday - Friday
8:30am to 6:30pm
9:00am to 1:00pm
Assistance Meeting Minimum Technology Requirements
If you are a prospective student who needs assistance meeting the minimum technology requirements for admission, please contact the admissions department. The admissions team will forward your request to the IT department. There is not guarantee that the college can assist you in meeting the minimum requirements. A decision will be made based on your needs and available institutional resources.
All requests must first be reviewed by the admissions department. Requests submitted directly to the IT department will not be reviewed.
