Once a ticket is submitted, it will be reviewed by the IT team and routed to the appropriate department if necessary.
IT Support Hours
Monday – Friday
8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Assistance Meeting Minimum Technology Requirements
Prospective students who need assistance meeting the minimum technology requirements for admission must first contact the Admissions Department. The admissions team will review your request and, if appropriate, forward it to the IT Department.
Please note:
- There is no guarantee that the college can assist in meeting minimum technology requirements.
- Decisions are based on individual needs and available institutional resources.
- Requests submitted directly to the IT Department will not be reviewed without prior approval from Admissions.
