AIMS Education Arranges Hiring Events with RWJBarnabas Health and Hackensack Meridian Health

Connecting AIMS Students and Graduates with Healthcare Employers
AIMS Education hosted two exclusive hiring events in August and September, giving students and graduates the opportunity to connect directly with representatives from two leading healthcare organizations, RWJBarnabas Health (RWJ) and Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH).
The first event, held with RWJ on August 19, welcomed AIMS graduates and students currently participating in internships across the college’s academic programs. During the event, recruiters met individually with AIMS graduates and students to discuss employment opportunities, answer questions, and provide information about potential career paths within RWJ. The scheduled format gave participants dedicated time to speak with recruiters and discuss their qualifications, experiences, and career interests.
AIMS continued its employer-focused outreach the following month with an exclusive hiring event with Hackensack Meridian Health on September 24. HMH recruiters Anna Miraglia and Brian Tortorella met with internship students and alumni from programs including MRI Technology, Cardiac Monitor Technician, Cardiovascular Technology, EKG/Phlebotomy, and Patient Care Technician.
The HMH event featured one-on-one conversations between recruiters and participants, allowing students and alumni to discuss their educational backgrounds, internship experiences, qualifications, and career goals. The personalized format also gave participants the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about employment opportunities within HMH.
Both events provided valuable opportunities for AIMS students and graduates to engage directly with healthcare employers. The one-on-one format at the HMH event received positive feedback from recruiters, who appreciated having focused time with each participant and the opportunity to learn more about their individual experiences and interests.
Through exclusive hiring events, Employer Meet and Greets, and program-specific recruitment opportunities, AIMS Career Services continues to connect students and graduates with healthcare employers while supporting them as they prepare for their professional careers.
