Justin Suarez

Background and Experience at AIMS

A desire to help others while continually growing professionally led Justin Suarez to pursue a career in healthcare. Drawn to the balance of compassion and technical skill, Justin saw the field as an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Witnessing the impact quality care can have on patients and their families inspired him to fully commit to this path.

Through the Medical Assistant program at AIMS Education, Justin gained hands-on experience that built both confidence and clinical readiness. Extensive practice in venipuncture and EKG procedures strengthened his technical skills. The combination of labs, simulations, and the internship experience helped Justin feel comfortable transitioning into a real clinical setting.

Mentorship also played a key role in his success. Under the guidance of Dr. Naguib Yaacoub, the medical assistant program director, Justin developed a strong foundation rooted in precision, resilience, and patient-centered care. Dr. Yaacoub's teaching style challenged him to maintain high standards while remaining focused on the needs of each patient.

Success After Graduation

After graduation, Justin earned his Medical Assistant certification and began working at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital as a Radiology Assistant. He credits AIMS Education with preparing him to succeed from his very first day on the job.

Looking ahead, Justin plans to continue expanding his skills through additional certifications and specialized training. His long-term goal is to become an MRI Technologist, where he hopes to combine advanced imaging expertise with compassionate care, while also mentoring future students and contributing to the advancement of the healthcare field.
