AIMS Education is pleased to host the RWJBH Exclusive Hiring Event, an on-campus opportunity for AIMS students and alumni to connect directly with recruiters from RWJBarnabas Health.

This exclusive hiring event is designed to support professional networking, resume submission, and on-site interviews for select healthcare programs. Recruiters from RWJBarnabas Health’s talent acquisition team will be present to discuss current opportunities and engage with qualified AIMS candidates.

  • Pharmacy Technician
  • Medical Assistant
  • Cardiac Monitor Technician

Recruiters will be representing specific RWJBarnabas Health departments, based on current hiring needs.

How to Prepare

To make the most of this opportunity, attendees are encouraged to:

  • Bring multiple copies of a current resume
  • Dress in professional attire
  • Arrive on time for scheduled activities
  • Be prepared to discuss educational background and clinical experience

Students who need assistance with resume preparation or interview readiness are encouraged to contact the AIMS Career Services Department in advance.

Career Services staff will also be available on-site during the event to provide guidance and support.
