Background and Experience at AIMS

I have been a part of many different jobs, ranging from retail to construction. All served their purpose but did not satiate my desire to be a part of something truly fulfilling. Eventually, after some research, I came across the Cardiovascular Technologist program at AIMS and saw the opportunity to get into something that would make a meaningful difference in my life and the lives of others.

After being in a classroom for the first time in about ten years I was a bit unsure of the type of experience I was walking into. But, all of my worries were quickly forgotten due to the welcoming environment from the instructors and all of the staff. Classes were organized in comprehensible ways, and questions were encouraged. Being a part of the Cardiovascular Technologist program was a great experience for me. The Instructor truly cares and puts your needs first by going above and beyond to see that you do the best you are capable of doing, so that you go into your internship and career with the utmost confidence and a complete grasp of the material.

Success after Graduation

Currently I am certified with the Registered Cardiac Sonographer credential, and I'm employed at a great clinic in California as an Echo Technologist. I plan to continue learning and growing within this field, and look forward to what the future has in store.
