My overall experience at AIMS in the EKG/Phlebotomy program was fantastic. I learned more of the actual skills needed for phlebotomy and EKGs as I had learned a lot of the theory in college the year prior. Clinical practice was definitely the best part but without the classroom lectures as a recap, it wouldn’t have been as helpful.
Success after Graduation
After my graduation, I passed the certified phlebotomy technician and certified EKG technician exams from NHA. I was also hired full-time as a travelling medical assistant for New Jersey Spine and Orthopedic.
