Background and Experience at AIMS
Ishita Angle always aspired to pursue a career in healthcare. She was always drawn to helping those in need because of her caring nature. After graduating from Kean University with a bachelor's degree in psychology, she enrolled in the Medical Billing and Coding program at AIMS education with the hope of starting a satisfying and fulfilling career. Becoming a medical biller and coder was the first step in attaining her goal of making a difference in the healthcare field.
"My experience at AIMS was wonderful in several ways. My instructor gave us one-on-one training and in-depth lessons which will help me succeed in my aspiring career. Also the close relationships I created with my instructor and fellow classmates helped me feel more welcome and assured that I was doing something I love. In general, the depth of the course content, along with the friendships I created, formed an experience at AIMS which I cannot forget and will be forever grateful for."
Success after Graduation
After successfully completing her coursework, Ishita began an internship at Elderology. When she finished her internship and graduated from the Medical Billing and Coding program, Elderology offer her a position. Shortly after graduating, she earned her certification by passing the Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) exam. Her career is off to a great start and she hopes to continue to excel in her chosen profession.
